We have partnered with Eibach Springs to improve our already excellent Pro Comfort setup even further. We have achieved this by running softer spring rates while maintaining sufficient spring travel in the required spring length. This has resulted in a new product called Pro Comfort+.
As a part of this process we have designed a rear coilover system which has already achieved LS5 Design Code Certification. The advantages of the rear coilover system is that it provides simpler and quicker installation and adjustment, whilst also giving us the ability to use conventional springs designs meaning we have an almost infinite choice of spring rates available to us.
After more than 10,000kms of testing, we are confident that the Pro Comfort+ setup is the most comfortable aftermarket, adjustable suspension setup available for the Model 3 and Model Y.
We have achieved a drastic improvement in ride quality when compared to the various versions of the OEM suspension, this has led to a number of happy customers already who were involved with our testing and development program.
The Pro Comfort+ is setup to achieve close to factory ride height with minimal adjustment and can reach a 25mm height increase with an extra, simple adjustment. All of this is explained in an easy to follow, illustrated guide, supplied with the suspension.
When you add all of the above to the fact that this kit is locally designed, developed, assembled to order, rebuildable, repairable, upgradable and comes with super inclusive 3 year warranty that also covers noises and motorsport use, we are confident that this is the only comfort focused street suspension setup any Tesla Model 3 & Y owner will need.
The Pro Comforts are internally and externally assembled here in our Brisbane workshop. This means we have full control over the quality and accuracy of our products and our customers also get freshly assembled suspension.

Pick up
To pick up your order from our Belmont location simply select 'Pickup in store' at checkout. Once you have completed and paid for your order through our website it will be processed and prepared for collection. You will be notified by email or SMS when your order is ready! Please bring your order confirmation or some photo identification.
Pick up is only available during our business hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Delivery
IDB WA offers Australia-wide delivery for most products sold on our website.
Once we have received your order it will be processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days.
If for any reason your order cannot be dispatched within this time frame, a team member will contact you to let you know about any revised time frames prior to processing your order.
The delivery time is dependent on the destination, however most orders are generally received within 14 working days. Tracking and/or Consignment Numbers will be provided where possible in order to give our customers the ability to track orders all the way from dispatch to the final destination.
Local deliveries within the Perth Metro area will not have a tracking number as this is a same or next day delivery service.
Delivery Cost
Flat rate shipping fees have been applied based on the product and delivery location. To calculate the delivery costs add the product/s to the cart and input the delivery location on the cart page.
Due to rapid and frequent fluctuations in freight prices in the current climate, Regional and remote area orders shipping pricing may be re-quoted with adjusted freight costs in some cases.
Some larger items such as leaf springs will be packed onto a pallet for transport as required by our freight providers and may be subject to additional delivery fees.
Signature Required – Authority to Leave
You have the option to select either Yes or No upon checkout which will let us know if you have provided authority to leave or not.
If ‘No’ is selected at the Check Out, your order will be left at the premises if no one is available to sign for the order.
Please note in this case Wilkinson Suspension or our freight provider cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.
If ‘Yes’ is selected and no one is present to sign for the goods you will be notified by the courier of the delivery attempt and provided contact details to arrange an alternative delivery day or collect the order.
Local Installation
We offer installation for a majority of the products sold on our website. If you would like to have your items installed by us, simply choose the 'Local Installation' option at checkout. Installation is only available at our Belmont location. Installation costs are dependant on the products that you are purchasing.
Once your order has been placed, one of our team members contact you to arrange a fitting time.
